@canadaposthelps Well that hasn’t helpful as the service tickets didn’t solve my issue.
You guys probably want to do a better job at delivering new mailbox keys. Not sure how you intended for me to retrieve a key from inside my mailbox when I didn’t have a key to open said mailbox!

It’s being two weeks of this saga! I am expecting time sensitive items in my mailbox and this is not acceptable!
@canadaposthelps As I mentioned in one of my videos, I have been issued 2 service tickets and they didn’t resolve my issue as the key has never been available for pick up nor have I received a Delivery Notice.
