The patient got back home and has tested negative. Why is the society still locked and the other society where there is still a postive case, is roaming freely. Are you choosing your own containment spots?

The whole society is locked and the sad part is that they don't even allow essential services. Here I mean veterinary services. My dog died due to medical negligence. the police refused to let me take my dog to the doc @dmgbnagar @myogiadityanath @Manekagandhibjp @Uppolice
