We are very lucky that one of our nature club crew has his very own beehive at home. He kindly brought in some honeycomb for us to look at and told us what we need to wear to protect us when working with bees.

We finished our moon buggies this week! We have loved this DT project and worked hard creating our chassis and axles!

Brilliant afternoon of DT making our Moon Buggies! We loved using the hack saw when sawing our doweling axles to length and recreating our designs!

Super building in DT today! Last week, we learnt about wheels and axles and this week, they got the chance to have a go at building these themselves using Knex, Lego, Mechano and Stickle Bricks! 🚗
