Islam is disliked because it disrupts the lives of the local population. Furthermore, Muslims are resented for forcing their religion upon the locals.
"When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
Muslims become angry when locals reject Islamic values; this reflects an arrogant attitude on the part of the Muslims.
Forcing locals to participate in Islamic worship amounts to a denial of the locals' own identity. If politicians and police fail to halt such forced observance, it serves as proof that the country has been usurped by Muslims.
Why have patriotic politicians disappeared? Because the citizenry chose to prioritize personal gain over the national interest.
The purpose of the system of ostracism:
・Citizens prioritize the national interest and vote to select politicians who are harming that interest.
・A system wherein the selected politician is banished from the country for a period of five to ten years.
To maintain this system, the following conditions must all be met:
Conditions for being human:
Freedom within limits: Human
Unrestricted freedom: Beast
↓
Society:
A community of humans who have chosen freedom within limits
↓
Politics:
Democracy is majority rule that prioritizes the collective interest over individual interests.
If the aforementioned premises are met, citizens can practice true democracy. However, if citizens confuse individualism with selfishness, the system shifts from a collective order to mob rule.
Individualism: Freedom within limits; the self
Selfishness: Unrestricted freedom; self-love
Since individualism entails freedom within defined limits, a collective based on it results in a healthy, orderly society (a collective order). Thus, a collective order chosen through majority rule becomes a sound democracy.
However, individualism easily devolves into selfishness. When one pursues selfishness—prioritizing personal gain—politicians who stand in the way of that self-interest come to be viewed as a hindrance. In such situations, citizens come to seek politicians who will satisfy their own self-interest.
Greedy citizens invite demagoguery, and power-hungry politicians manipulate the citizenry through it. Elections in this context reduce democracy to a mere matter of majority rule. Under this system, if "unrestricted freedom" is equated with justice and "majority rule" with democracy, then even a criminal can be deemed righteous.
Indeed, the citizens of ancient Athens pursued their own self-interest. Politicians who rejected this pursuit were banished by the citizenry through the vote. This was the flaw of ostracism.
Looking at the present day, the West and Japan serve as prime examples.
In countries that accepted mass immigration, patriotic politicians were eliminated through this form of ostracism. The media disparages patriotic politicians.
History repeats itself.
Is this acceptable? I refuse to accept it. Japan is a nation for the Japanese people alone.
