Pursuant to Utah State Code 63D-2-105, which requires every governmental entity in the state to implement a .gov domain before July 1, 2025, Mapleton City's website and email system has moved from the https://t.co/RcOWFjXAlx web domain to the https://t.co/GqjMqD0XRM domain.
The .gov domain provides increased security measures and gives residents an added level of confidence when navigating our website. When registering the new domain, we were required to include a state identifier to differentiate from other the 13 other "Mapletons" around the U.S.
