Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting the concert “Viaggio Musicale a Venezia” in the lobby of our museum, performed by Trio Itinera Mundi and organized by the Italian Community of Mali Lošinj. 🎵 🎼 🎶Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a lovely evening!
This Saturday, we opened the first season of the KAŠMAN chamber concert series in our museum’s lobby. The evening featured a wonderful performance by the Zagreb Soloists, led by concertmaster Guy Braunstein, with solo by flutist Gili Schwarzman.

A small bronze plinth (~10 cm) is attached to the feet of the #Apoxyomenos. The front and sides feature geometric and meander-like motifs, while the back is plain — suggesting it was meant for a niche or against a wall.

This past weekend, our museum hosted a music-theatre evening titled “Belcanto – Parlami d’amore”. Arias and duets were performed by mezzo-soprano Lora Pavletić, tenor Kristian Marušić, and actress Petra Blašković, with piano accompaniment by Nada Matošević Orešković.

On the multimedia screens in our museum’s Black Room, you can piece together the Apoxyomenos, explore ancient Greek games, discover the story of the mouse found inside the statue, and learn how the sculpture itself was made — all through interactive content.
