@ellen_rothnie Google 'Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering'. They have a many organisations in Flanders and also in Brussels.That is where you can ask them about the options. Maybe you can also go to a university to study Dutch. They will be the best people to assess your situation.

@ellen_rothnie Try and enrol in a CVO school in your district. That is what we as newcomers do. We have subsidy with a Belgian residence card. I m not sure with a Belgian ID whether you can go there but I presume you could.
