INNOCENT SERVANT AT THE MERCY OF WELL KNOWN ENEMIES.

A BRIEF:

1. She is a Nigerian by birth from Katsina state.She holds a first & second degrees in English language & Interl law & diplomacy.
A seasoned banker across many banks & different banking departments with no single history of dishonesty. A potential Bank MD or CBN Governor. African regional election observer appointed by Ecowas. A coordinator of world Bank sponsored financial inclusion program where she enrolled 1.9m beneficiaries.

Headed Bola Tinubu's 774 lgs rural mobilization during his 2023 electioneering campaign

Appointed as THE CEO of NSIPA on September 18, 2023 and was confirmed by the Senate on October 18, 2023.

HER OFFENCES:

Within three month of her assuming office, she conducted a structural integrity and system test where she discovered:

A. N14B transfered out of her agencies TSA account without her knowledge

B. Strange and new signatories were added to her agencies authorised signatories by the CBN without her consent and worse of all the signatories are strangers and unknown to her agency.

C. Huge,doubtful,questionable and fraudulent spendings from Her agencys fund at the CBN.

D. She documented all her findings with documentary evidences & reported same to the EFCC and ICPC.

E. Rather than being commended, she was counter accused of transferring N44Billion into private accounts, suspended by Bola Tinubu in January 2024 and ordered for an investigation.

F. Efcc invited and grilled her serially and severally and till Date not a single Naira was traced to or recovered from her or her frieds/relatives in the HOAXED COINED FRAUD AGAINST HER.

G. Efcc and Icpc deliberately refused to submit their findings because the findings will give 100% clean bill of innocence to Haj Halima Shehu

H. She has written to both Bola Tinubu, ICPC and Efcc requesting that they make her investigation report PUBLIC but they all went into MUTE MODE.

I. From the settings, intents and purposes, Halima Shehu is being FORCED INTO GUILT WHEREAS SHE IS SUBSTANTIALLY INNOCENT IN BOTH WHOLESALE AND RETAIL.

J. Halima Shehu's case reminds me of my Advance study of Thomas Hardy's Novel- TESS , an innocent village virgin young girl, whose history and lineage were distorted, her hopes raised and dashed by Alec Dur'baville, Angel clare and Her rigid society who gives no chance to innocence. While Alec Dur'baville, a money bag and exploiter exploited her maximally, Angel Clare pretended a fake love and the society looked away while she was being convicted to death in both the court of public opinion and the royal court. Despite all that, TESS a made up character by Thomas Hardy remains innocent. SO IS HALIMA SHEHU.

COMPARE Halima Shehu's case with that of Tinubu's former Humanatarian and disaster relief Minister, Dr Betta Edu:

A medical doctor from cross Rivers state who until her appointment as Minister in August 2023, was the National women leader of APC.

Official memo showed her approving the transfer of N585 Million meant for the vulnerable group from her ministry account to a private account of a government employee

She was suspended by PBAT in August, 2024 and was grilled by the Efcc. But looking at the overwhelming evidences against her, Efcc and ICPC refused to make Beta's report public which gave elders, church members & politicians from her cross Rivers state to keep on pushing for her reinstatement TILL DATE. All eyes are on the two agencies to give Beta Edu "A CLEAN BILL" because of her geography and such other open but hidden factors.

Or even CONTRAST Halima Shehu's case with that of Madam Ngozi Olejeme former DG of NSITF from 2009 to 2025.

Efcc Arrested her for THEFT & FRAUD of over N1B & her case is still subsisting at FHC Abj before justice Nwite.
