🚨 SPC has gone with a Level 4 of 5 across Illinois and Indiana, and the word they're using is outbreak.

One detail that grabbed me from this morning's update: a storm cluster over Iowa already clocked a 94 mph gust before sunrise. That same energy is sliding toward Illinois. As the air recovers behind it through the afternoon, strong tornadoes, 75+ mph winds, and big hail are all on the table. If this delivers like it looks, we'll likely be live around 5 this evening.

This is the matter that we never thought we'd have to address to our own audience. During the World Championships, we have witnessed behavior that is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. Fans have crossed every possible boundary for the sake of brief, personal access to Ilia Malinin. This includes mobbing him in non-competition spaces such as airports, hotels, elevators, and even camping outside of his accommodation overnight for days.

If you think this is innocent support, you're indeed very wrong. You're harassing him.

Ilia is not public property. He is a human being entitled to privacy, safety, and basic respect. No level of admiration, excitement, or emotional attachment (He's a stranger at the end of the day) justifies invading someone's personal space or following them outside of official settings. There is no excuse for this behavior under any circumstance.

If you can't meet these basic standards, not even for an athlete, but simply as one human being toward another, then you are not a fan. Quite the opposite.

Do better. We are adults with critical thinking. Never let this happen again.

Hello everyone,

We would like to begin by sincerely apologizing for our sudden disappearance. We understand that it caused confusion and inconvenience, and we are truly sorry for that.

Over the past several months, we have been navigating ongoing mental health challenges, personal issues and other complicated matters that gradually became difficult to manage alongside our work here. While we understand that deactivating without prior notice was disruptive and inconvenient, at the time it was the best decision we could make given the situation that are not appropriate to share publicly.
