🇮🇱🇵🇸 FLOTILLA ACTIVIST: WE WERE LOCKED IN CAGES, AND STARVED FOR 40 HOURS
Turkish Sumud Flotilla activist Aycin Kantoglu:
"At the port, we were greeted by someone who spoke good Turkish.
After asking where we had come from, they asked where we were.
I asked, 'Where are we?'
They said, 'You’re in Israel. There’s no Gaza anymore.'
In the evening, Ben-Gvir came.
They locked us in animal cages, forcing us into cramped spaces.
The walls had writings in blood in Arabic; mothers had written their children’s names.
They gave us no water.
'Drink from the toilet,' they said.
We were starved for 36~40 hours.
Greta Thunberg was treated very badly.
We were also subjected to strip searches."
