@ElectrifyAm All of the chargers in Encino, CA have been down for at least 4 weeks. What is the status on bringing them back online. The next closes is Topanga Mall and 3 of the 6 chargers are currently out of service. It's really beyond frustrating.

@ElectrifyAm Not DMing. Sorry. The specific stations I'm referring to are in Encino and Canoga Park, California. Both always have at least 1/2 of the machines offline. But look at all your comments. This is happening everywhere. You guys need to do better all around.

@VW your app website shows that I should be able to unlock/lock my car from the app, but it's not possible. Is that because my new elec car is a 2023 and your app only applies to cars built before 2019? This is crap.
