अंकिता भंडारी केस में बीजेपी लीडर विनोद आर्य के बेटे पुलकित आर्य को उम्र क़ैद की सजा हुई।

जांच के दौरान दो व्यक्तियों के फ़ोन कभी नहीं मिले।

1. पुलकित आर्य
2. अंकिता भंडारी

अंकिता भंडारी की डुप्लीकेट सिम बनवा कर पुलिस ने साल भर की कॉल डिटेल, वॉट्सएप मेसेज निकलवा लिए।

लेकिन पुलकित आर्य के मामले में ऐसा नहीं किया गया!

क्यों?

क्योंकि पुलकित आर्य की कॉल डिटेल्स और मेसेज से पता चल जाता कि कौन कौन VIP इसमें शामिल था।

ये भी पता चल जाता कि क्या मामला सिर्फ अंकिता के शोषण का था या और भी युवतियों को मजबूर किया जाता था।

इसीलिए उत्तराखंड में इस मामले में रोष है।

इसीलिए अंकिता के माता पिता आंदोलित हैं।

पुलिस ने तो VIP के नाम उजागर नहीं किए। लेकिन जब बीजेपी के अपने नेताओं ने पिछले साल दुष्यंत गौतम का नाम उजागर कर दिया, तो पूरे उत्तराखंड में जनता सड़कों पर उतर आई।

तब जनवरी 2026 में CBI जांच की घोषणा की गई।

लेकिन दस महीने हो गए, जांच आगे नहीं बढ़ी।

अंकिता के पिता को पहली बार CBI ने पिछले हफ़्ते 9 अक्टूबर को संपर्क किया!

और फिर 12 अक्टूबर को दुष्यंत गौतम को सिक्किम का राज्यपाल बना कर जाँच के दायरे से बाहर कर दिया। राज्यपाल को संवैधानिक immunity होती है। कोई CBI या SIT उनसे पूछताछ नहीं कर सकती है।

राज्यपाल बनाने के लिए गृह मंत्रालय और IB ने दुष्यंत गौतम को चुपचाप क्लीन चिट भी दे दी!

ऐसा क्यों किया, यही सवाल अंकिता के माता पिता राष्ट्रपति जी पूछना चाहते हैं।

दुष्यंत गौतम अगर राज्यपाल की शपथ ले लिया और पदभार संभाल लिया तो अंकिता भंडारी के हत्या का केस और उसपर लगे सारे आरोपों को वो चुटकियों में समाप्त कर देगा,कोई उसका बाल भी टेढ़ा नहीं कर पायेगा।

अंकिता के परिवार वाले इंडिया गेट के पास धरना यूंही नहीं दे रहे वो इस बात को बख़ूबी समझते है।

अगर मोदी सरकार या धामी सरकार में थोड़ी सी भी मानवता और महिलाओं के प्रति हमदर्दी है तो जब तक जांच पूरी न हो जाए तब तक दुष्यंत गौतम से दूरी बनाकर रखे और एक बेटी और उसके बेबस माता पिता के परिवार को न्याय दिलाने में मदद करें।

This isn't even political btw. As much as I hated Brijbhushan, i understood the political compulsion there bcz he will deliver 5-6 seats, and SP was ready to give him ticket (still is).
