Sterling Hospitals Gurukul successfully achieved the CAHO ACE Certification for CSSD with an impressive 94% compliance score. The process involved multiple meetings, data reviews, benchmark comparatives, on-site audit by the CAHO team involving interviews with CSSD & nursing personnel. This is a critical part of our continuous improvement initiatives at Sterling Hospitals wherein surveillance reviews, tracer audits & training & developmental activities are undertaken at periodic intervals. Such initiatives & outcomes only makes the care environment bigger & better for our patients & their families …..
