@JetstarAirways @crippleologist Jen this is a much bigger issue than Kelli‘s flight. Everyone who uses a wheelchair or mobility aid would like to know that if a flight is booked they can get there and back. And it’s not too much to ask that there’s an immediate refund an apology if not.

NDIS. They've announced 12.4m to reduce the number of appeals and an additional 21.2m to support participants and their families with appeals. Hugely welcome.
