@flybe Understand. But staff don’t give you time to take stuff out of your trolley. While others are allowed backpack plus trolley plus handbags. When trolley would have given back up on arrival there would not have been a big problem.

@flybe Please do. I wish no one else this terrible experience. I was not allowed my little carry on trolley, I had checked in my bag already and then there where people after me came in with more luggage.

@flybe From the airport check through the arrival of the bags it has been terrible. Unfriendly and not helpful staff. The worst was that I wasnot allowed to take my trolley onboard, my meds and passport where in there. it was not give back to me after passport controle. So big problem
