A leftist mocked the assassination of Charlie Kirk and then grabbed me by my neck as I was walking away at the Pride Festival in Baltimore.

A man with Coca Cola socks and a pride bucket hat followed and eventually approached us to initiate a conversation so we interviewed him. He immediately articulated his support for political violence.

When I asked him about Charlie Kirk he said that his assassination was funny going as far as to reenact it. I asked if his derangement stemmed from trauma he sustained as a little kid. Unsurprisingly, he confirmed that to be the case.

As I was walking away, he grabbed me by my neck. I immediately ripped his hand off my neck and maintained space to scan for possible weapons, aggressive behavior, and threats.

Do you think the man grabbing my neck was a parapraxis, or a physical Freudian Slip, revealing darker intentions to hurt me? Did his mask briefly slip?

A mother is outraged after her 17-year-old son was sh0t and k*lled at work in Charlotte NC...

...and prosecutors just DROPPED the m*rder charge against one of the Black male suspects AND NOW HE WILL ONLY SPEND 5-7 YEARS IN PRISON!!!

His name was Fate Brannon. He was 17 years old.

He worked at a Jack in the Box in Charlotte, NC. He prayed with his mother the morning he died. He told her he'd call her after his shift.

He never got the chance. He was sh0t and k*lled during a robbery at that restaurant.

TWO people were charged with his first-degree m*rder.

In February, one of them, a 16 year old Black male, took a plea deal. Prosecutors dropped the m*rder charge. He pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy instead.

His sentence for a role in the k*lling of a 17-year-old boy?

5 to 7 years.

And now his mother is watching the SECOND suspect, a 28-year-old Black male who has been arrested MULTIPLE TIMES, fight to get his charges dismissed too.

"The system already failed us when he was out here. Is the system about to fail us again?"

Fate Brannon will never see 18.

And the people charged with taking his life are getting deals and dismissals.

Moraes negou o pedido para adiar o julgamento de @BolsonaroSP na Primeira Turma do STF. Eduardo enfrenta uma acusação absurda de coação por ter articulado sanções contra ministros da Corte junto ao governo dos Estados Unidos, o que jamais ocorreu.

A injustiça é escancarada pelo atropelo das garantias básicas. O julgamento ocorre sem que Eduardo tenha um advogado indicado, sendo representado pela Defensoria Pública. Além disso, Moraes rejeitou o pedido para preencher a vaga aberta no colegiado, forçando a análise com a Turma incompleta.

O fato é que as regras do devido processo legal foram ignoradas para acelerar uma condenação política. Sem direito a uma defesa estruturada e diante de um tribunal desfalcado, Eduardo Bolsonaro vira alvo de um julgamento sem garantias constitucionais.
