@sirennextdoor The allowance is all in; tuition fee, accommodation and living cost. With around RM3.5k/ month for all in, in Taipei is liveable. All depends on individual budgeting

@sirennextdoor Just the mandarin language, not related to degree/ master or PhD. Taiwan gov give scholarship yearly if you’re interested. I’ve met a lot recipient taking sabbatical leave for this 😊
