Want vascular forearms?
Wanking and heroin is not the only way!
You need to focus on a combination of muscle building and fat reduction. Here's a step-by-step guide to achieve those veiny arms:
Build Muscle Mass: The more muscle you have, the more your veins will pop. Focus on exercises that target your forearms and biceps, such as barbell and dumbbell curls, reverse-grip bent-over rows, and preacher curls. Aim for high-repetition workouts to maximize muscle growth.
Reduce Body Fat: A lower body fat percentage will make your veins more visible. Combine a balanced diet with cardio exercises to reduce body fat. Avoid crash diets as they can lead to muscle loss, which can make your veins less visible.
Try Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT): This technique involves using cuffs or bands to restrict blood flow during weightlifting. It's believed to increase vascularity by promoting muscle growth and making veins more visible. However, consult with @Beech_Fit before trying BFRT, especially if you're new to fitness.
Increase Nitric Oxide: Foods rich in nitric oxide, like watermelon, can improve blood flow and make your veins more visible. Incorporate these into your diet to enhance vascularity.
Hydrate and Replenish Electrolytes: Staying hydrated and maintaining electrolyte balance can help your veins pop. Drink plenty of water and consider electrolyte supplements or sports drinks.

2 Years ago Today......
@Beech_Fit Hit 106,101 steps in 1 day.
Wearing a heavy weighted Rucksack.
This was a ridiculously hard challenge
I passed out about 80k steps in
But I'd promised my son I would finish the challenge β οΈ
I had no skin on my feet for 2 months after
Looking back it was
100% worth it π

@Beech_Fit Best decision I have ever done mate.
You are the right PT for me. Brought me out of my shell. You made me do things that I thought I couldnβt. Had so many laughs with the challenges and canβt wait for the rest.
So thank you mate πͺπͺ
I was told I would never be successful as an outdoor fitness coach.
I was told I should only train specific age groups.
I was told rucking would never become popular.
I was told I was too old to make it as PT.
I was told we would fail all of our crazy @Beech_Fit challenges.
(we've smashed 7/7 β οΈ)
Ignore the negative noise.
If you are passionate about a goal.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
WORK AT IT EVERYDAY
(even when you cba)
Go for it and don't stop until it becomes a reality βοΈ
I wish more people were part of this group, because @Beech_Fit is inspiring and driving people on who come from all over the globe! I doubt anyone has ever been part of a more supportive and motivated community!
So another great challenge with @Beech_Fit 28 days. Safe to say think I done well on the first week. Been away from challenges and rucking for a while, but have enjoyed this week. Thanks to everyone who has motivated me
