@astoundconnects There are other providers in the area (like Xfinity) that lost internet on Saturday night and got it back within a few hours. This is unacceptable customer support and it doesn't feel like things are being taken seriously or we'd at least get some information.
@astoundconnects It's Monday morning. We haven't had internet for over 48 hours and have received no actual updates. My wife and both work from home and this is hugely problematic. The only thing we've heard blamed the storm on Saturday night, but again our issue started well before the storm.
@astoundconnects Our internet (and that of our neighbors ) in DC has been out for over 24 hours. Each time I call I'm told it will be back at a time that's 2-3 hours from the time I'm calling. Can we get a real answer on how long it will take.
@PoPville anyone know what the intermittent booming sound is this morning for at least the last 30 minutes? I can hear it in adams morgan near 16th. Sounds like it's far but pretty loud. My dog was very unhappy.
