@afcDW Tricky. Think only athletic club and Inter away have been the opportunities this season and I did go to Milan. Even did Preston away last year to start building up credits!
@afcDW I agree but unfortunately I am on 4 away points so couldn’t go to either game. And I would have happily gone to port vale to get the away credit!
I was guaranteed tickets so there's no self-interest here, but I don't really understand why the second phase of cup final ticket sales included people who used their ticket for 13/16 or 10/12 home games.
Why not 16/16 or 12/12? Then a third phase for 13/16 or 10/12?
@DarrenArsenal1@BlackScarfMarc I am on standby but find it frustrating as someone who went to all the league cup games (at home) and have 100% attendance in the league yet did not get. Surely reward those that go to Brighton/Palace at home mid week? I know people who only did Chelsea and have got a ticket
@flynorse friend stuck at Gatwick as overbooked flight. Why book a flight with you if you’re going to do this after a planned trip for almost a year? #scam
@AFCFixtureNews I did this 72 hours rather than 48 hours as tbh didn’t see it on the email as thought it would be sent separately. It has allowed me to do so - reckon this will be an issue?
Seriously he can't take the fact that they lost, and absolutely stunk.
But hey sometimes you can't buy classy behaviour. You reap what you sow, that's why 55k people in the ground were coating off your son, as he was classless. @alfiehaaland
Great support in the Carabao Cup last night. Away supports superb. Almost 5,000 Chelsea fans at Newcastle United a 500-mile round trip. 5,600 Arsenal at Preston North End; 4,000 Manchester City at Tottenham Hotspur; 3,000 Liverpool at Brighton & Hove Albion and they had a 550-mile round trip. Crystal Palace had an allocation of almost 2,800 at Villa Park although those present said it was less, and they had a 250-mile round trip as well as the challenge of the South Circular. Plus many on the road had the joys of the M25.
Slightly easier journey, 3,000 Leicester fans made the 220-mile round trip to Old Trafford but probably knowing many of the reserves would start and fearing a post-Ten Hag bounce. League Cup away allocations are 10%, unlike FA Cup’s 15%, so traveling armies could have been even more. Given the costs involved and travel issues, no late trains, roadworks, hold-ups etc, that’s impressive loyalty. Reward came for those who won, for those who saw new talent like Ethan Nwaneri and Jacob Wright - and no VAR. #CFC #AFC #MCFC #LFC #CPFC #LCFC #CarabaoCup #EFLCup
