The one thing I like better than a ground breaking is a ribbon cutting. @LouisianaGov & I with local legislators and leaders cut the ribbon on a $43M safety improvement on I-10 in Sulphur and Calcasieu Parish. @La_DOTD is excited to deliver this project.

Excited to see a major milestone on this signature project, at the @flyneworleans Loyola Interchange with I-10. Here you see a noise wall segment designed to compliment the bridge piers. Who says infrastructure doesn’t need aesthetic elements.

I took time while in New Orleans to do a drive by inspection on one of the priority projects @LouisianaGov and I got moving in 2018. The good folks @La_DOTD, private sector partners, and so many other stakeholders deserve credit too.
