Hi my name is Marcela and I am a first year DPT student at BU, but I am more than that
- A movement advocate
- Food enthusiast
- Positive soul
- An extrovert
I love drinking wine, cooking, hanging out with friends, working out, going for walks. What is something you love doing?

I’m starting my first 6 week clinical in about a month. It will be in the acute care setting (first timer!) and I am SO excited but nervous. Any words of wisdom/advice?
I would greatly appreciate it❤️thanks!

One time I said hello and introduced myself to an intubated, unconscious patient in the ICU. Someone else scoffed/giggled. I then proceeded to explain to the patient every step of the procedure we did. No regrets.

Hey #PTFam 🤗 Question, is it bad that I still don’t know what area of physical therapy I want to work in? I feel like grad school just opened my eyes to the millions of places where a PT can work and now I’m just kind of overwhelmed
