Video has appeared on social media showing the moment a man jumped into the engine of a Volotea A319 engine on Tuesday.

Builder Andrea Russo, 35, from the Calcinate county, in Bergamo, Lombardy, threw himself into the jet engine at Milan Bergamo Airport.

Russo arrived at the airport without a ticket, and is said to have got past security and opened a door in the arrivals area that led directly to the apron.

Ongoing ! An Air Busan Airbus A321 aircraft caught fire at Gimhae International Airport (PUS).

At around 10:30pm local time on the 28th, a fire broke out in the tail section of an Air Busan plane bound for Hong Kong at Gimhae Airport.

It was reported that all 170 passengers and others were evacuated via emergency evacuation slides , and there were no casualties.

Fire officials are at the location to extinguish the fire.

USMC Boeing P-8 Poseidon (169561, built 2020) was damaged when it overran the end of runway 22 at Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Air Station (PHNG), Hawaii. The aircraft ended up in shallow waters. All 9 persons on board evacuated and made it safely ashore. At the time of the landing, winds were gusty and visibility was reduced by rain.
