To Customer Care Management,

I am writing regarding my Order #190224047, which was placed over two weeks ago. My last status update from your automated tracking portal was on July 7th stating that the shipment is delayed. There is currently a direct contradiction between your fulfillment data and the shipping carrier:

*Fashion Nova Status: Outbound system explicitly states the package has shipped.

*OnTrac Status: The carrier system states "not received from shipper" / "awaiting package.

I am NOT seeking a generic automated link playback or an immediate refund at this time. I am requesting that a customer support supervisor manually contact the fulfillment warehouse to verify if this package was physically transferred to the carrier, or if the package is currently misplaced on the loading dock.

Please provide a direct response detailing the actual physical status of my package.
