@oswellcole If the 2nd point is the truth, can you then help answer this question?
How come the most Christianised
ethnic group in Ghana The Ashantis are the most successful and wealthy?
How come non Christian ethnic groups like Islamic communities are the most poor and least educated?
@TheVill60772553 My position on this is opposite to yours. I think it's very sad that as Christians we will be supporting misleading content designed to demonise Christianity. We can discuss this right here under ur tweet for better understanding.
@AsoloGonga934@JoyNewsOnTV Let's just take point one and ask you a question on it.. Hope u won't run away.
What is doctrinal dispute.. Which ppl did Christians have doctrinal dispute with in Ghana?
Physical conflict means war.. Which war did Christianity cause in Ghana?
@4eversmokey@tserih@Graphicgh Let's just take the first point... Which religious war or conflict has Christianity caused in Ghana... Can you name the conflict? Where did it happen and when?
India vs China GDP Per Capita
1992: We are both at $313
1995: India 370, China: 609
2000: India: 438, China: 959
China is now 2x of India.
Btw wtf were we doing during this period ? We were at the same GDP Per Capita for 3 years - from 1997 to 2000!
2005: China is at 1700!, India at $700 - nearly 3x
2010: China is now at $4500, India at $1350 - nearing 4x
(Sidenote Malaysia’s GDP per capita was at 2x of China in 2010)
2016: China is at $8000 and India at $1700 (ie China in 2005) - a solid 5x lead that it maintains even now.
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh are into drugs, betting and doing online scam. The system is fucked up.. Reducing it to what u just said means a lot of u guys don't even understand the problem. You just come on social media to say things you don't even know.
2/2
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh Have been at some prayer camps and spoken to people who go there for help... Its so sad u simplify this to praying instead of looking for work. Many of them the system failed them, they had no where to run to except to run to prayer camps, those who don't run to prayer camps...
1/
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh Religion doesn't create avenue for ppl to be charlatans and fraudsters, people by their nature abuse religion, politics, power and even anything good to serve their selfish interests.
The author is just dumb.. The right word he should have used is superstitious beliefs.
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh It seems both you and the authors don't understand the meaning of the phrase "physical conflict".
You can go look for your dictionary.
@willis_kojo@JoyNewsOnTV Chief when you hear names of elite and first class schools in Ghana like the PRESECs, Adisadel,Mfantsipim, Wesley Girls, Aburi Girls, Prempeh etc where do you think those schools came from?
You haven't learnt who built them and manages them?
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh Point 6 is just plain stupid and anyone who believe it is an idiot.. Maybe your hate for Christianity will blind you from seeing this book for what it is.
If I ask you:
Give me one instance just one where politicians used Christianity to cause chaos in Ghana, you can't.
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh So Bismark.. The book says Christianity is the cause of wars in ghana, which war has Christianity caused in Ghana?
It says Christianity is the cause of poverty in Ghana.. Which data, research is the author basing this on...?
Or when you see a lie your brain can't identify it?
@willis_kojo@JoyNewsOnTV Do you think it is right for a textbook meant to teach our children should be promoting lies against the largest faith in the country?
The faith that created Ghana's education system and has been at the forefront of education, health care and humanitarian works for over 200 yrs?
@Czar_Myles@Graphicgh Let's see if there is any truth in what was said in the textbook.
Lets take the first disadvantage that says Christianity is the cause of conflicts in Ghana.
What conflict or war has Christianity ever caused in Ghana?
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh Are you saying spelling disadvantages mean a textbook meant to teach schoolchildren the truth should be used to create lies and fabricate things against Christianity?
@i_miss_you_die@Graphicgh People are at liberty to allow religious teaching to influence their lives or decision making or reject this and choose whatever else they want. If one is indulging in cheating or corruption.. We know that's not what Christianity teaches. Why blame the faith?
