Nightmarish traffic construction to get in and out of dt yeg

Homelessness and drug issues making people feel unsafe

Money is tight for many, so less disposable income etc

I feel bad for these businesses

Work from home options are awesome for work life balance and can increase productivity. Others less.

Municipality worker inefficiency is a real thing in certain departments. People paying ever increasing taxes are frustrated

Move him for a pillar on D, which they need. Draft GM and the fs stay stacked and lineup balances out. The retool will be fast this way!
