@HSBC_UK I made 5 requests 2 continue paper statements & each time yr Agents promise records have been changed to this effect. And next month, 'your online statement is available'. I was told 13/6 my complaint would be answered in 5 work days. Now it's 30 days 2 answer. Cowboys!

@edfenergy @EDFofficiel I have emailed English speaking section twice; auto reply & ignored. Same with EDF Officiel Twitter. Also emailed EDF Finance Paris. No reply but EDF keep taking € when no energy used since 2020. EDF customer service non existent. If EDF refuse to respond, I can state 'Theft'

@IkaFerrerGotic A Grower's Federation/Agent in Spain was quoted today as being puzzled by the shortage being blamed on Spanish weather. He said Spain had plenty of crops, but the PITA of shipping produce to UK post Brexit and the extra associated costs/admin were more likely culprits
