@flsriley @AmericanAir The CLT baggage claim decision makers need better management. I waited 4 hours in the baggage claim office asking for my bags. They refused to give anyone their bags. Instead they just sent them wherever they wanted.

@flsriley @AmericanAir Good luck with this. I have spent hours on hold, hours waiting for someone to call me back. AA chat feature is a bot. They sent my bags to Chicago (I am in Florida) despite me talking with the agents in CLT and them assuring me they were being sent on my new flight

@somsomgrrrl @AmericanAir Was delayed 12 times and then canceled at 2am. Stood in line to get my bags from 2am-6am. Still AA can’t find my bags. I’ve been given wrong phone number, left on hold for over 2 hours (4x), tracking system doesn’t work. I have flown AA 23 times in 2024 and no help

@erickito8998 @AmericanAir @iflymia @AmericanAir when you wait until your crew times out at 2am to cancel flights vouchers don’t matter anyway. Hotels are full. I’ve had 23 trips with American air in 2024 (46+ flights)This experience was unacceptable. I called @united and was able to talk to someone immediately

AA has given incorrect phone number. Tracking doesn’t work, on hold for hours. Yet I call @united and I talk to someone immediately
