There were few protections for the middle class and poor and too many benefits (and huge sums of money) for corporation bailouts without accountability. Follow the NY Governor's plan for restaurants, bars, and wineries - suspending laws that prohibit alcohol sales and taken off-site. Allow pickup and delivery so you don't put these businesses out of business and help people who can't cook to have food delivered.
