My manager once told me in a review that I needed to be more visible to leadership. I asked how. She said attend more meetings. I asked which ones. She said the ones where decisions are made. I asked how to get invited to those. She said by being more visible. I wrote the whole exchange in my notes. Showed it to my next manager at a different company during my first week. He laughed and said that was the most corporate thing he had ever heard.

What Israel is doing in Lebanon is unambiguously genocidal against Shias. And it is unambiguously an attempt to reoccupy and even annex a huge part of the country.
