@kaceydlm @fanatec Will see what I can do. I’ve literally switched the VRS because of this whole debacle, and not because of the delay/warehousing issue, but because of their completely inadequate communication throughout. Conversely, I’ve already had amazing support from VRS on my orders.

Hey @ODEONCinemas, it’s twice now that I’ve had a really bad cinema experience at your Guildford theatres. The projector is absolutely terrible, the picture is incredibly dark, and bright scenes look blown out. Audio is subpar too. The equipment is in urgent need of a refresh.
