@loujaybee @jmspool In my case, I don’t question that NPS is not particularly helpful: it doesn’t provide any real insight into how a product team can improve, in my experience. But finding examples of alternatives is hard and references are really helpful here

@jmspool Have been looking for alternative metrics, but CSAT, CES, and the are not convincing either… honest question: beyond showing the value of qualitative insights, are there any solid metrics that can be recommended? Extra thanks if they are relevant for B2B as well! 🙏🙏🙏
