Network discovery.
You find out what is the right trusted ring (either nodes or accounts). which one is the genesis block.
(Not weak with big-enough community)

The ring governance is overtaken by a bigger force.
(Not weak with a strong enough gov)

Blockchains are not immutable. All chains can have their previous history changed if the network agrees. Finalization prevents this, to a degree. But nothing except good game theory and system design stops a majority of the network moving to a new fork and claiming a new history.

When I was young, I hoped I would find meaningful work. Change the world for the better. Idealistic. Careers in law, banking, and the public sector quickly made me cynical.
