But this city is making a major comeback.

And I've seen this type of change in many other cities as well.
@NYCFC_ANewStart I have a place there and stay there often. Nice cafe's just a walk away and tapas galore in the Iron bound area.
This place is going to exponentially change, adjacent areas to the downtown.
