Marvel does not do “CGI” -they are a studio that sends work to VFX vendors. The US VFX industry has been decimated by foreign tax subsidies. (Other countries pay bribes to studios for the vfx work) Without consistent teams of the best talent anymore, and decreasing budgets, the quality goes down, and down and down… it’s called the race to the bottom.
