This is really sad : There’s a lot of pressure for folks to put projects on their cv - but integrity, grit and hard work are the answers.
While I hope it’s singular, I fear the size of this iceberg.

Question: there seems to be a lot of data (and comments) on not using steroids for AH. Yet, the major societies (acg-2024, aasld-2019) that came out well after STOP-AH (and subsequent network MA) still suggest steroids for severe AH
