@eric_knowles Ask you EIC. As an EIC, after 4 months or so, I conduct a thorough review myself in addition to at least one other reviewer. I ask the AE to also conduct a throrough peer review. Not ideal, but it gets us to 3 reviews. For a revision, 2 reviews can suffice in these tough cases.
