Lawyers in SA still operate like a medieval guild with no real civilian oversight. Cue widespread lawyer fraud and client abuse.
2) There's an opportunity for smart young black lawyers to undercut established white firms with discounts and superior outcomes. Especially with specialisation such as IP or Maritime law.
In the private sector money saved has no colour. But you must be willing to do the hard yards, build a portfolio from the ground up, and market yourself aggressively
