How many times does one Massachusetts judge get to overrule the Supreme Court and the President?
This morning the Trump admin filed its THIRD emergency appeal to the Supreme Court after Judge Indira Talwani blocked mail-in ballot integrity rules.
AGAIN.
She blocked the EO in June.
SCOTUS reversed her.
She issued a TRO last month.
They appealed.
Friday she swapped it for a longer injunction — forcing the Solicitor General to pull the last filing and start over today.
One district judge is now deciding, weeks before the midterms, whether USPS can require standardized envelopes and verified voter lists. States already started mailing ballots. Every new order resets the clock and leaves officials in limbo.
This isn’t normal review. It’s a district court substituting its policy for the elected President on the eve of a national election.
How many more times before we call this what it is?

@LoriAnnArt@USATODAY Here you go again, bearing false witness. No trial occurred, no findings on the merits were made by any court, no criminal charges were ever filed against Trump related to this, and there is no known settlement. The plaintiff’s real identity ...ask Grok you pathetic POS.
@LoriAnnArt@USATODAY You just can't get over bearing false witness can you? It is obvious you have no cells working in between your auditory canals, just an excess of adipose tissue. 😂😘
