I am 4 weeks down the line and I am yet to receive my refund back onto my credit balance. I have call numerous times, I had to wait until the 3rd booking for Yodel to collect the

I parcel that I was returning. They failed to arrive on the other two attempts. I’ve called after the parcel was collected to chase the status of the refund to told the same information first call, that id have to wait until the 2 week mark. I called back as I still hadn’t heard
