From my Terrible experience with Mister BnB I would never book with them ever again, and if asked I would, based on my own experience, advise others to do the same.
1st : mister BnB
2nd: Host
3rd: Customer

My advice based on my experience is to Avoid Ahmed the Host in Brighton UK but mostly to avoid booking through Mister BnB based in USA because if anything goes wrong, even if it’s not your fault, like me you could still end up paying for it!

In my experience of Mister BnB, the customer comes last and the customer pays for the privilege of coming last and being treated unfairly, unlawfully and unprofessionally, I wish I’d never booked with them and I warn others this could happen to them too!

Mister BnB are unprofessional, the great customer service they talk about is a long way from that, I can’t trust them to put their mistakes right, they clearly have weak contracts with the hosts on their site & they fail to take responsibility for their errors. In

Come across; they made the error, it’s Cost me over £224, they refuse to give me it back, they pass the blame to their Host Ahmed who passed it back to them!
Ive lost £224 as no fault of my own! I will never book with Mister BnB again. Im my opion and experience

I am now, thanks to Mister BnB out of pocket my £224 and I’ve tried over the last 3 weeks to get them to pay me back for their error.
They have refused to do so, continually blaming the Host Ahmed who they allowed on their site.
It’s the worst service I have ever

Is not professional, not good customer service and not contract law. I’m blaming Ahmed they admitted that it wasn’t my fault but refused to pay me the £224 in money! I was offered a voucher, like I’m ever going to use Mister BnB again after paying for their mistake

To pay me back the extra £224 it had cost me for alternative accommodation, they just blamed the host and tried to wipe their hands of me !!!
Legendary Customer Service! Ahmed the host was listed on Mister BnB site and I had a contract with them so passing blame

A very stressful & expensive experience, that was the fault of both the Host & Mister BnB!
I managed to get a refund on the Mister BnB flat but told it could take up to 10 working days and when I asked them..
