A brief summary:

I bought my car, a Ford Territory 2025, brand new (0 km).

From the beginning, the car pulls to the left, which forced me to go to the dealership several times.

I have audio recordings from the mechanic and the manager confirming the issue.

The battery died after 1 year and 14 days (battery warranty: 1 year).

I’m exhausted from the stress and inconvenience caused by a brand-new car — in less than one year I had to go to the dealership 5–6 times.

I requested a buyback from Ford for the vehicle (as suggested by the dealership manager) due to a defect in a brand-new product (manufacturing defect). Under the Consumer Protection Code, they refused.

I have evidence (audio recordings from the mechanic and the manager confirming the problem). I also posted on Reclame Aqui (Brazil’s largest consumer complaint and reputation platform.), and they claimed that there had never been any issue.

They denied the buyback.
