@love_refund does anyone know how I can tell if the rooms I’ve booked fall into the cancellation policy where the charge is £25?
I’ve paid a deposit of £350 and before I have to pay the balance (21/5/20) I want to cancel but can’t see if I’d be refunded the £325 or lose it all.
