As students explore the concept of what "living funerals" are, they have the opportunity to practice reading and speaking while learning collocations related to emotions and memory.

Hi there! 👨🏻🏫👋
This week I'm sharing a lesson plan that focuses on the topic of "living funerals," which was inspired by an article from The Guardian.
In this integrated-skills lesson, learners get to read an article with tips on how to work from home productively, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of working remotely compared to working in person, and finally get to write a paragraph stating their own preference.

👨🏻🏫👋
This week's lesson is targeted at upper-intermediate (CEFR B2) learners and was inspired by the 2024 campaign of the Canadian Down Syndrome Society, aiming to raise awareness about the potential repercussions of negative assumptions towards individuals with Down syndrome.
👨🏻🏫👋 Hi there, EFL teachers!
