My overall experience with @VirginAtlantic has been spectacular, definitely will fly again. A warning tho: if you upgrade to “Economy Delight,” you’ll be unable to later move to an exit row should it become open! Big bummer. Agent was super friendly and apologetic.

@georgiaisaverb Oh boy I have struggled mightily with this. In my mind (for a while) there was no reason I shouldn’t be on the peloton 5 days even throwing 3-4 rounds of disc golf in there. I hit a wall/almost got injured. Try an app like Athlytic which has helped me know when recovered
