I built a skill that converts a repo into a video course.

I find it much easier to process information, and more importantly, retain it, through video classes that show diagrams.

So it analyzes the repo, writes scripts using ASD STE100 and generate 10 minute videos with remotion and an open-source audio model.

It also creates exams and interviews for you to test it.

Still need to polish the UI tho 💀

Will open-source it once it's done!

My current tool stack for coding is Orca ADE + Codex + CC, depending on the task / tokens left.

It also allows for a remote connection through mobile app. I've also tried Pi, but some benchmarks put vendor harnesses above it.

What is your current stack? Any recommendations?

It's a daily word game in Catalan, based on NYT Connections. Yesterday I had the chance to meet @nachoiacovino, who gave me some interesting ideas for growing it.

My current challenges:
- Refine the 3 agents that manage puzzles (4-word group creation, puzzle assembly and winrate predictor).
- Reduce costs, test Jev for evaluating groups.

Next challenges:
⁃ Create iOS and Android app
⁃ Make the end screen shareable, without revealing the solution
⁃ Reach out to communities and influencers
⁃ Test 2.99€ monthly sub with extra features
