The @MitosisOrg community is launching a new "Community Leadership Pathway" on November 1, 2024, aimed at recognizing and supporting dedicated members. It introduces a structured progression through three roles:
Gakusei (The Learner)
Daigakusei (The Contributor)
Sensei (The Master)
Members can advance by contributing, engaging, and giving/receiving praises. Senseis take on mentoring, governance, and active community involvement. They receive perks like an exclusive role, priority access to events, special merch, and bonus MITO points. To maintain the role, they need to stay active weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Current TAs will automatically become Daigakusei when the program starts.
