This guy talking about being deceived while he is doing the same. The first generation of glp-1's like Byetta was modeled after Exendin-4. Which acts similar to human Glp-1, but lasts a lot longer.

Ozempic is different, it is a modified version of the naturally occurring human GLP-1 peptide with roughly 94% similarity. The key change was simply to extend its half-life from minutes to about a week. Even though I would never take Ozempic eating less was never a issue for me.

I think either the manufacturer or compounder skipped testing their raw materials & botched a huge batch of vials. They sold the bunk product anyway to avoid the loss, hoping nobody would notice. Now it's spreading to more sources.

In the long run people will trace it back to the original source and ruin their reputation.

@Bojo_Ricardo @Krysia830073 I've seen test results for Nexaph before and it was the correct product. Only real issue was the dosing ran a bit off sometimes, for example a 10mg vial testing at 11mg or more.
