Called 3 credit card cos today to discuss my acct.

1st- tone throughout was they're not thrilled to answer my questions. Spent great amount of time talking in circles. The first CS rep (1 of 3) was not versed to answer questions (appreciate his honesty in telling me this).

2nd-CS provided ideas to achieve my goals, cheerful, no sales pitch. Gave tips to keep reaching goals.
3rd-answered my questions utilized recordings for details with the CS returning to line each time, yet the personal aspect lost & ended w/ 2 sales pitch attempt.

I've treated 3 low blood sugars in 24 hours.

Problem for the masses is still unsolved. Many wouldn't have had the time/means/energy to sort this. Their health would stay compromised. #healthcare

But this is real life for so many Americans that are 'fortunate' enough to be insured at unaffordable rates, yet have to spend hours and days waiting, debating, on the phone, trying to figure out how to get the things needed to live.
