And suddenly life gets quiet, not because the dunya became gentle, but because the heart finally stopped chasing what
Allah never wrote for it.
-The Dunyaa
When Maghrib enters, don’t forget to make the du’ā for the new month:
اللهم أهله علينا بالأمن و الإيمان والسلام والإسلام
Allahumma ahillahū 'alaynā bil-amni wal-īmān, was-salāmati wal-Islām
O Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and Iman; with safety and Islam.
So be patient, O seeker. The path of knowledge is not paved with comfort, but with patience, sincerity, humility, and reliance upon Allah.
Every hardship you endure for the sake of seeking sacred knowledge is seen by Allah, and no effort done sincerely for His sake is ever lost.
Many people don't see what lies behind a sincere seeker of knowledge the setbacks, the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the patience through hardship, the constant struggle against the uaill, and the silent tears asking Allah for firmness and sincerity.
“Everything I've experienced has taught me that nothing is constant, no condition is permanent, and no one remains.
Everything I've gone through has taught me that I belong to Allah, and to Him I will return.”
